Phase 1 is focused on building the athletic foundation of each player outside of the contact football season. The objective is to develop speed, agility, coordination, and overall movement efficiency, while introducing competition in a controlled, non-contact environment.
During this phase, athletes develop their physical tools and learn how to move better, faster, and more explosively-skills that directly translate to on-field performance. It also allows players to stay active, compete, and build confidence in a structured and development-focused environment.
This phase lays the foundation for everything that follows, preparing athletes to enter Phase 2 stronger, more prepared, and ready to develop position-specific skills.
